Here we demonstrate our preferred techniques for hemorrhagic choroidal drainage. After waiting for liquefaction on B scan, an AC maintainer is placed, and in one quadrant a scleral cutdown is performed while in another quadrant a de-valved trocar is inserted for drainage.
